1. Who is responsible

2. What data we collect

When you join the waitlist we store: your email, the option you chose (bartender, business or here to learn), the page language, and the date and time of your consent.

We do not collect any other personal data through the waitlist.

3. What we use the data for

We use your email only to let you know when Stirr opens and for communications directly related to the launch.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box in the form.

You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before.

5. Who processes data for us

We use Supabase as our database service provider, configured in a European Union region. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

6. How long we keep data

We keep your email until Stirr launches and the opening notice is sent, or until you ask for removal. [SET A MAXIMUM PERIOD, for example 24 months.]

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, write to stirr.bartenders@gmail.com.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) or the authority in your country.

8. Cookies

We currently do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
